There really isn't any good off the shelf solution. You will peobably have to do it yourself. I spent a while looking before I decided to make my own, and they seem to turn out alright.

Me too.
The only cabinets with heatsinks along the side that I found was from Monacor. However the price starts at app. $310.00 and I not sure that these heatsink are big enough for the Zen.

Here in Italy there is a source for such enclosures, the "pesante dissipante" series from Hifi200 (www.hifi200.it), but I think that forwarding expenses would be a little high
But of course you can take a look... Cheers Andrea |

New adventures in hifi That´s the case you can buy from Monacor or Fischer Elektronik. I bought it from Schuro . Cost 140€ but I can´t remember the C/W-value. Will look it up later. Monacor Fischer Elektronik Jens |

For lets say 100€ you can get the nicest and biggest heatsinks. You just have to do the rest of the case... I´m not good at making chassis but I´d never buy a finished case again. It´s just not the same looking at some manufactured case or a complete DIY one. Take a look at the gallery at Passlabs and you´ll know what I mean. Jens |
