Is there a .lbr symbol for LU1014 that I can use with Eagle?
Or is there a TO251 symbol?

You can draw both yourself pretty easily - and actually you should. Most libraries to download from the net are buggy and will give you non-working pcbs. I know it's a little pain to do your own libraries, but it really pays off.
Have fun, Hannes |
