Power Transistors A1694 and C4467

Hi All,

I am tring to repair a TEAC AV-H500 amplifier with shorted power amp transistors type SK A1694 and C4467

Could anybody let me know where I could find those parts and where to look for the service manual of the above amplifier

Hi, I don't suppose you know which ones supply the audio for the centre and right channels do you ? Both of mine have deteriorated and are now almost gone.

I am without cct diagram and have not got my scope out yet.

I still haven't found a AV-H500 cct diagram. I bought the AV-H500D and it definatley not the same.

Managed to work out that these are the output transistors for the various chs :

Right - Q534 (C4467), Q518 (D2058), Q536 (A1694)
Left - Q533 (C4467), Q517 (D2058), Q535 (A1694)
Centre - Q583 (C4467), Q567 (D2058), Q585 (A1694)
Surround - Q584 (C4467), Q568 (D2058), Q586 (A1694)

Some of the tx numbers cannot be seen from the top/bottom without removal of the whole fan ducting including power tx's.

My PCB is a KUP 11045-1

All tx's tested ok, so resoldered everything that looks hot, in the hope a dry joint is to blame somewhere.
Will let you know.

Still not found a AV-H500 cct diagram if anybody can point me in the direction.
