I have a Bryston 3B that is out of warranty and I have blown some of the power transistors - old MOT SJ6521A. I can't find any info/datasheets on these so I can't find replacement data. Any ideas? I found some postings in various forums that seem to indicate that MJ15024/5 may be the current replacements, but I am not certain. If possible, I would like to avoid paying the "Bryston price" for replacements, but if I have to, I guess I will. Thanks.

The output transistors appear to be MJL21193/4 You can upload the schematic here:

Hi. Thanks much - but how much does it matter that my amp is not an SST or NRB, but just a plain ol 3B?
