I will be looking towards 4700uf, 35v, for use in both my DAC, and preamp/headphone amplifier.

If they are even close to say, Nichicon KG, then they are a bargain, given the long, rated lifetime. Who knows, may well be much better.
The bass - junkie, portion of my brain has me hesitating...

Have a problem because I bought som exspensive regulators fitted with Panasonic FM 4 x 1000 uf 100 v on each. I am in a dilema. Shall I use them or trow them in the trash and buy some new ones. 1000 uf 100 V 18 mm x 40 mm is hard to get.

I am planning to make a symmetrical power supply by parallelling my 500pcs of 3.3uf 100v ero mkt1822 caps.250pcs for each rail. And will add mkp caps at the end.Maybe it can sound better than an elco cap.

How to make a "fast" charge/discharge with a very good low-end?

Let's say the original power cap is a 12000uF 63V per rail. A couple of two 6800uF RIFAs would be great...

typical Power Amplifier smoothing is from +-4700uF to +-40,000uF per channel.

If one uses only +-826uF, then expect no bass performance.

BTW, 100uF to 2200uF is typical of MF decoupling. 250 off 3u3F is MF decoupling, if you can locate it close enough to the power pins of the output devices.

The only size available of the B41505, at mouser is 6800uf, 35V, with 5.9A ripple, and 35 ma esr, so that may well be the best fit.
The Sikorel model is all but extinct it appears, with the remaining sizes very limited in selection.
