Resistor networks, low inductance?

Hello I was wondering if these standard resistor network types have lower inductance than standard 1/4w resistors.

These are film resistors right? So especially the first resistor after the common pin, should have a very low indictance, is that right?

(I am looking for a very cheap, commonly available alternative to the very expensive caddock films)
