Default new ALFET from magnatec ?

http://www.semelab.com/magnatec/alfet.shtml

Or semelab is marketing old BUZ90X devices under a new name ?
I see that duble die devices are available in TO264 as well.
Have anyone tested these ?

Regards,
Tibi
