Default found TDA1541,1543, Japan FETs cheap

For those interested: www.reichelt.de have cheap TDA1541A, TDA1543N and CS8412 in stock.

They also have 2SK170 and 2SJ74 JFETs, presently all coming from the BL selection group. The 2SK30s I ordered happened to be of GR selection, though :-(

Thanx for the tip! Cheap indeed.

The TDA1541A's must be R1...

Hi all,

Can anyone in the forum help ? Is there another source of TDA1541A which is of good price and can deliver worldwide. It's seems they only deliver in Germany.

They definitely deliver in Europe, but I can imagine that Signapore is a bit too far away indeed.

I recently bought one from www.MCMelectronics.com to repair my Rotel CD player. They charged me $11.90 for the part and $7.90 for shipping in the USA. I'm sure the shipping cost to you would be higher, if indeed they will ship to you at all.

See here if you are interested in Reichelt parts and live outside Europe.
