Question power supply

I don't know anything, so you may need to read between the lines to get my meaning. I'm looking for a power supply for my MP3 Sony Walkman disc player that uses one AA battery. For years I used one that was 3 volts and no harm done, but the cat ate the cord. I checked eBay, Raido Shack and Best Buy. So, where do I buy one? I guess I am way out of date, but I have 4 in perfect working conditon. I only listen to Old Time Radio in MP3 on CDs. Thanks
