Are you aiming to do a DIY handsfree home phone? If so then I might be able to help you as I have played around with phones DTMF and such before with a school technology project.

I'm not sure if the systems in your country would be different to here in the UK though.

Also why can you not just buy such a device, I am certain it would end up cheaper than making your own.
