Those are discontinued Toshiba devices.
Linear Systems has an LSK389 for the N-channel
as a supposedly better replacement but no P-channel
device as of yet. If I recall from another thread for a GB
we did last year, I think there was discussion on the pinout
being somewhat different on the dual device?

luvdunhill did that GB last year.
You may want to try contacting Marc (luvdunhill)
Thread is:
Group Buy: Linear Systems LSK389 / LSK170 JFETs (i.e. Toshiba 2sk389/2sk170 subs)

one possibility for (NOS) 2SK389:
here

looks to be GR only, if that matters to you.

for 2SJ109, i wish you best of luck!

Scroll down the thread Mlloyd posted till where i posted a link to Partco in Finland.
They only have GR's in stock, but charge €5 for a pair of 2SJ109/2SK389-GR

If you need BL's i'd go for J74/K170 single JFETs, a matched pair mounted to a small heatsink is close as good as a monolythic duo.
