is there anybody that can tell me where to find 2sk389 and 2sj109 double transistors - originals please.... thanks best regards daniel |

Those are discontinued Toshiba devices.
Linear Systems has an LSK389 for the N-channel as a supposedly better replacement but no P-channel device as of yet. If I recall from another thread for a GB we did last year, I think there was discussion on the pinout being somewhat different on the dual device? |

yes i know - it is a really big problem with 2sj109... even i have 2 2sk389 at my home - but no 2sj109...
a friend needs both of them and i need only a P pair.... so, 2pieces of 2sk389 and 4 pieces of 2sj109......will be a problem - i will try to contact Marc..thnx... |

o.k. - i will go for that option jacco since i have a good source (cheap and close) for k170/j74...
craig - thanks for offer - it is a good one but i decided to go with a 2sk170/2sj74 combo since i can find a good and reliable source of them very close to me.... thanks man!! |
