Default Mental block! Simple crossover help.

I had a kock on the head a while back (car) and my remembery is shot to bits

I want to wire a 20ohm resistor and a 2mf cap in parallel as a simple filter for tweeter and woofer.

Can someone please help with a simple sketch.

Many thanks

Thanks,

It is for a dual concentric driver ie one terminal for compression driver and another connection for the woofer.

Thanks again

Spacies,
I believe one would have to go in-line with each speaker.

Thanks,

It is for these:

So I do I wire them together and put it in front of the tweeter input or the woofer input?

spacies,
Sorry... I'm not familiar with those. Are they co-axials? What's the function of the filter you mentioned?

Yes they are coaxial.

The function is to bring down the shouting from the compression driver. I was told the 20ohm resistor and 2mf cap in parallel is what I require.

I have the parts :-)

spacies,
I would run it in-line with just the compression driver. I don't think it matters what terminal you run it in-line with, as long as it's the same on both speakers.
Hopefully that makes sense. Let me know how it works.
Mike
