Canadian Tire has these all for 1/2 price, is it worth buying any of them, and is the most expensive one worth the extra cash?

Accuracy looks ok on paper. They also have useful Ohm and ACV range for audio works. It is hard to say how stable they are. Note that they all have limited bandwidth < 400Hz which somewhat limit its usefulness for signal path measurement.
I would opt for 3320 (Auto-Ranging) if you can get it under $20.
The expensive one (3340) basically adds RPM and temp. RPM is not useful for audio works. Temp is useful sometimes, but I am not sure if it worths the extra cost. I would rather get a Meterman or an used HP 3478a for that kind of price.

Extra meters are always handy, especially if you can get them cheap.
I got one of these DMM's from Amazon,with a gift card. It's a pretty full-featured DMM for the price (I paid $40).
