Hi, hope you can help me. I need to replace two BD370B transistors and understand that they are obsolete. Is there anybody that can recommend me a current replacement and possibly an address in the UK I can get them (only need 3)?
Many thanks, Rene. |

hello.
this is a pnp af - driver transistor.......60v/1,5a/2,5w/hfe=100.....400/min. 50 meghz/ c b e i think there are some transistors that will work (perhaps a bd138-16 or bd140-16 could do it........).but the problem is the transistor case and the pin layout,it is a rare case and all substitutes have different................ and if your bd370 is mounted on a heat sink you will have to isolate the new ones (mica or silicone)......... what is the application you need them? greetings............... |
