Mitsubishi FM50DZ-9 Datasheet...
Hi all,
I have tried to get hold of some data on a Mitsubishi power module containing two power MOS-FETs. Mitsubishis homepage really sucks when you try to find older stuff. I have searched the net but found just about nothing. Only companies selling the parts. The module name is FM50DZ-9. So if anyone have an older databook within reach I would like to know: Vds Id Pd Internal gate resistor value. Thanks / Mattias |
