Computer program to make stepped volume controls
I have posted a computer program to allow you to make your own stepped volume controls. Any number of switch positions, any number of dB per step, any overall string resistance. Then you get analysis showing how things deviate from perfection when you use either 1% or 5% parts. The install routine is here:
