I have an R2r remote control preamp (kit from BBP).
I like everything it does, apart from it being linear.
Would it be possible to use a law faking resistor across the output and ground. If so, how do i work out the value.
Currently i have R2r attenuator, going through a buffer (pedja rogic) to lower the output impendance.
Advice welcome.

Hi buddy, R-2R can be configurate to log type too, but more steps is needed.
As I know, 65535 steps may be fine, 4096 steps is OK
with 65535 steps, I made 1dB/step attenuation
Maybe you can refer to my new VOL KIT ^_^
