I have purchased the Pesante Dissipante from them with no issues. It was two years ago, but believe they are still in business and legit

I've bought from these guys 3-4 times (10-12 cases in total).
Never had an issue with them.
Their prices are pretty good and the quality is very good (for their cheaper lines) to great (for their good ones - Slim Line etc).
Never had a single issue with them. In fact they were pretty fast to respond to my emails.
I'd send them that email one more time. It's worth it.

Ted205:

I had problems in getting a response from them as well but, as others have noted, the results are worth the effort. I have purchased 3 Slimline and 4 Galaxy Maggiorato enclosures, and the quality is very good to excellent. Well worth the cost, even with shipping to the US. As far as I can tell, there are no other off-the-shelf (non-custom) products on the market today that compare.

Regards,
Scott

Their response times can be long, but they are definitely reliable enough. Unless you have specific questions about the products you can just go ahead and order.
