Anyone knows where can I found such kind of capacitor?

They are very expensive but very very good for feedback etc. Japan seems the only source but it's no good for web shops. Someone in Hong Kong like Hi Fi Supply may get them for you to order. I have a small stock of these and a larger stock of the cheaper FEs which are not epoxy potted.

Probably not, but it's a good place to start, and ask them for local dealers.
