Default Generic Switching PS

Not sure where this would fit in, but I'm wondering if anyone has knowledge in how to make a 3-5A 20V switched DC power supply. Input are 110V mains. Looking to reduce size as the biggest objective.

thanks!

If this is something you don't have any experience in, you are better off just buying one. 20V 3.5A laptop supplies are dirt cheap.
