Hi!
I'm looking into getting each of the following dual section electrolytics custom-manufactured for a OEM customer by F&T in Germany, and was hoping to find out if there was any general interest in these values being available:
10uF +10uF @ 500V
12uF + 12uF @ 500V
20uF + 20uF @ 500V
40uF + 40uF @ 500V
These would all be 35mm x 50mm cans with solder lugs. I can't give exact pricing but I guess they'd work out around £7/€7.50/$10 each.
I know that the above values were commonly available from various manufactures as late at 1975.
What I really need to know is whether I should just fulfil the customer order, or whether I should look to stock these caps for small volume buyers.
Your thoughts very much appreciated.

Matt...
Your price point is great considering what the can caps
here in the states are selling for.
The 20 - 20 at 500V would be the one I would stock.
However IMO customers would want the amp to somewhat
stay the smae and would want to have a cap can that
would fit in the same spot. The FTP series as I remember
I think are a little larger diameter than your 35MM and
for sure taller. These would be good for DIY builders
and not purests. I would still get extras, you will sell them.

You could use stacked caps instead of multi-section electrolytes. See pics here:

It's very clever, but not so pretty ;-)
