all I found on net is that they're probably mosfets , but nothing else ....

anyone with some info ?

No, those pieces of hardware are low-frequency power germanium BJTs. Do not waste your time with them.

I can confirm that. PNP from the sixties. Doesn't mean Zen Mod won't enjoy wasting time with them
