question about isolator behind transistors

I search an isolator to put behind my transistors for an caraudio ampflifiers but i dont' know the name of this isolator

you can see it on the picture

can you tell me the name of this part please? and where can i found it in different size?

what size is it?
It looks like it might be To247 size.
Silicon isolator pad, Silpad, Thermal conductor pad, are some of the names used.

Some are electrically conductive. Don't buy these.

Yes it's for To247 size,
but if these are electrically conductive, why constructor use it

so what can i use for having no problem ?
