Help with Cap identification

Hi All,
I need a bit of help identifying what type of capacitor is highlighted (RED in the picture.
I see that it has "152" on the body (Sorry for the blury picture) so I am thinking that it is .0015 uF or 1500 pF. What I don't know is; is this a ceramic or a tantalum or something else.
It is in a circuit for keeping your dog in your yard via a loop of wire.
Also, if anybody could point me to a source (in the US) for a replacement, I would really appreciate it. I found one place that has something that looks similar, but I don't need a minimum of 1000 of them :bigeyes:
