Default HELP "extra" sound problem on DIY pcb

Iv'e constructed my own 24dB LinkwitzRiley 2way active crossover, you can see it here pcb

And put it in a pre amp, which you can view here setup

It's set to 300 Hz. Below 300 it sounds fine, above it, it sounds fine for about ten seconds, then starts this sissing sound, as if a tire were running flat. Is this oscillating? Electrolytic connected the wrong way?

I did decouple the OPA2604's between V+ and V- with 100nF ceramics.

It's on both channels and starts at the same time. With louder volume it's not noticeable but at level 0 its really there and annoying ofcourse.

Any suggestions about what is causing this???

Maybe you need to put the 100nF direct on the pins, it could be that they are too far away from the opamp pins!

Good luck,
