Input Selection Relay Board

I made this relay input board this afternoon and I would like your comments.

Should I leave unselected inputs floating ?

As you can see, the relay's (+) has been connected together because they'll be controlled by a ULN2803 (which control relay's ground individually).

Big pads are signal coming from RCA connector.
The relay's common pin are connected together. Normally, only one relay is switched on (of course)
