I wish to replace the SMD rectifier IN4007 (marked as M7) of my tube amp. Is there any good recommendation?

Do you mean diode or rectifier bridge? If you mean diode you have pretty many to choose from. Which is the voltage and current in your circuit?

The 1N4007 is being used as the rectifier in my amp. The voltage after regulation is 105V and the current is very low, I did not measure but I believe it should be less than 30mA.
