Default CS4328 sourcing help

Can anyone help me source a replacement CS4328 for an old Roksan ROK DA1.
Bought from ebay it had been carelessly upgraded by simply upping the analogue supply voltages to +/- 15 Volts without checking the analogue voltage maximum for the DAC (6 volts).
