Suppressor diode equivalent in SMPS

Hi I am looking for an equivalent of Semikron part#SKV67N.It is used across the primary (phase to neutral) of a SMPS ..can any one help with this part?

Do you mean a damping diode across a chopper transformer primary ? Don't understand phase to neutral, that's going to go bang. Circuit ? Is the Semikron one of those rectangular ( about a third the size of a matchbox ) types ?

Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppression Diode maybe? Used instead of or together with MOV:s.

Thanks for your reply.
It is (was) definitely across phase to neutral at the SMPS primary (just after the series connected chokes. The diode that I have looks like a !N5402 sized package and has gone short.
Looking at the link I think will give the 1.5KE series diodes a go. Cheers.
