Looking for replacement transistor

I need this transistors but my electronic shop doesn t have it, I now searching alternative for him or any other name...dont know what to do,how to find him or some similare to him...

EC-20N16 N-channel lateral MOSFET. High power 250 W. Drain-source voltage 160V.

and

EC-20P16 P-channel lateral MOSFET. High power 250 W. Drain-source voltage 160V

i found buz900d ,2sk512 can I replace with them? seems to me that this two much similar to 20n16

this would save me--->> does exist some site or program where I can find by voltage,pin,watts etc some transistor???

i need mosfet-160v-250w-to3 pin P and N chanel

ECF20N20 and ECF20P20 looks to be most close.
250 Watt / 200 Volt
No doubt they are Exicon MOSFETs

I will try with buz900 and buz905 that two is most similar to my transistor by spec.

if you are going to use the BUZ types make sure it is the D suffix types (dual die) ie BUZ900D and BUZ905D
