Can anyone help identify the diode below?
The plastic body of the diode below is ~0.175" x 0.103". The forward breakdown voltage is ~0.44v. The reverse breakdown was higher than the 210v limit of my power supply. They seem to be very leaky when checking on ohms instead of diode check. Others on similar boards were marked: X3 72 X3 6N X3 62 Newer versions of the same board have diodes marked: XH3 8401 Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry. The Zener diodes that I was thinking of are SOT23 - it's not the one that you are looking for

It's definitely an SMA / DO-214AC package. Doesn't look like On Semi or Diodes Inc. labeling to me.
