Summing Amp Schematic - API 2520 opamp
Hi y'all...
Just discovered this site - great!! My first post. I wish to build a summing amp (box) from API 2520 op amps. Basically, I want to feed two line signals (ie; from my outboard pre-amps) into a box, with one line output coming from the box (to plug into P-Tools) - no gain control, phase switching, or padding required as this is all done at the pre-amp stage... My mission - to stop recording a track in Protools for every mic...ie; being able to summ together to microphones post pre-amp into one input pre-Protools. I'm wondering (hoping) if anyone out there has a schematic for such a unit that I could either modify or start with. Many thanks. |

shown below is a summing amp. you can see by the dotted lines that any number of inputs can be added. the summing amp is unity gain,
edit.... it would help if i included the picture......
