Heybrook TT2 PSU

I have acquired a Heybrook TT2 in good shape, with a Rega RB300 mounted. However the motor is not getting any power. The motor is AC, electronically controlled for 2 speeds. We are on 60 cycle.
My Technician tells me that the 2 ICs need replacing. The 14-pin op-amp is easy, but the 8-pin M70681 is unobtanium. I presume that this is a timing chip, and can be substituted with another chip.
Does anybody know this PSU, or have any suggestions?

I think I have one. I ordered it from dialelec in the UK on eBay.
The trick is to search for M706B1 IC, then go down the list until you find someone who doesn't have a $300 minimum order, and actually has one.
