Hi there
Does anyone know where I can get a part for a Philips cd618 cd player? The part I need is a small cog wheel that opens the cd drawer. At the moment a few of the teeth have broken off so the drawer doesn't always open until a tooth engages with the drawer. The cd player works fine apart from this really annoying problem. Any suggestions much appreciated. Andy |

I think this is a CDM2/*** or CDM4/*** mechanism
You can check - it's on the rear of the mechanism. I may be able to help or you can also source from EBAY once you know the model number. This is a common problem. Andy
