Default Replacement transisters

Hi All
I acquired a Yamaha A-700 curbside and it has a set of o/p's blown on one channel.
O/p transistors are Toshiba 2sc3370 and 2sa1333 for which I haven't been able to find information on, or replacements for.

I have Googled and checked Toshiba etc. with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Hugh

Your transistors are 200V, 15A, 150W, 30MHz, 600pF.
The spacing between the mounting holes is 21 mm.
The other Toshiba's parts with these parameters are
2SA1302/2SC3281, but in a different case (width - 20 mm).
These you can place between the holes and attach to
the h/s with the appropriate AL bar/profile l___l
with 2 holes, across the transistor.
Another choice will be to use Sanken's 2SA1295/2SC3264
in the same 2 holes case: 230V, 17A, 200W, 35MHz, 500pF.
With Toshibas you may want to use the same (single) letter
grades. Sanken grading system is different, but you also
will be better off with the same grades on the SA/SC - the last
letter on the case.
