TBH, i wouldnt risk buying such parts from China/HK. To paraphrase Rod Elliot "If the price seems too good to be true - it usually is!"

No offence meant to any Chinese on here, but China and associated countries are just a hot bed of fake semiconductors. It's far too risky.

Hard to say if they are counterfeit w/o contacting TI. At that price, you can buy legitimate ones from reliable vendors
