Default TO3 Mosfets

Hi,

I want to build that monolytic superthing and use TO3 mosfets because I got the big heatsinks for them...

Are j55 k175 ok, or do they have too high Rdson ?

BUZ900/5 ?

What else ? I need N-fet and P-fet.
