Default I can't find 2sk982 any substitution?

I need quite a lot 2sk982 and his complementary 2sj148 but they seem to be unobtianable. I find them in only two places at very high prices.
I will appreciate your help

I would go for a BS170 from Fairchild for the 2SK982
and a ZVP2106A from Zetex for the 2SJ148.

These are the cheapest I can find at Farnell. Although I don't know if they will fit as a pair.
