Can anyone help me getting datasheets of 2SA968, 2SC2230? Toshiba

RS Components ( http://www.rswww.com ) has the datasheet for the 2SA968 and its complement, the 2SA2238. You will need to register before you can access the technical information section of the site.

RS Components
This is for UK users only and requires a UK postcode during registration. Those outside the UK cannot order from the site. If do happen to go through all that and get registered, enter the part number in the search engine click on technical info. You must open the PDF and save it. Change the filename or it will save it as with filename data. the data sheets are there for these parts in Japanese. I will Email them to you Peranders to save you that much work.

I don't like websites where I have to be registrated
 At Toshiba I get the message "Datasheet not found".
