Hi folks, does anyone have a datasheet or any specs/info for a 1981 vintage TO92 case regulator, part number 320L 79L 15A - nothing shows in the usual sources.
Many thankings, sod. edited - mean "regulator" - got transistors on the brain (which would prolly be an improvement if it was technically feasible ) |

It is probably a 79L15 negative voltage regulator for -15V, the low-power version of the common TO-220 regulator.
