Default Anyone know a source for 2sc1313 transistors?

For the phono preamp in a Sansui AU9500, tried bc550 as a cross reference but as I suspected they just aint close enough.

Any ideas where I can get som 2sc1313s? or a better match for a replacement?

I'm in New Zealand, which can make getting parts kinda tricky - ie. $NZ30 shipping for a $NZ0.60 part, but no one seems to have any stock at all.

Cheers,

Steve.

Beta (min) is rated at 600 @ 1 mA on the 2sc1313. Possible substitutes are:

bc550c (handpick for beta > 600)
2sc1845/ksc1845
2sc3112 (beta >1500)
mpsa18
2n5088 (Vceo = 30v only)

The least expensive and easily available choices are the first two - just buy a few dozen each and hand-pick for beta.
