Default Fluke 8502A?

I'd like a little information on the Fluke 850x series DVM's. If anyone in here has a manual, could you tell me what the "error 9" code means when using the 'ohm' setting?

"Error 9: Function Selection error -- the function module selected, other than dc volts, is faulty or not installed."
