hi guys iam a newbie
iam making a transformer with 61-0-61 9 ampere secondary .primary230 vac
with the help of software named transformer calculation by silvio klaic
i have a 4 number ei core with area of 360 square cm. the software says
with 235 volt ac
primary current-5431.914 miliampere
primary turns- 320 turns of 1.62mm wire (swg=16)
secondary turns -2x83 turns of 2.1mm wire (swg between 13,14)
the max power of core is 1296 watts
and my load is of 1262 watt so tell me is it ok with the calulculation or do i need some correction and also suggest the gauge of wire for secondary because theres no no exact swg equivalent for 2.1mm
thanks in advance
