Wink Cat 6 cable

Hi,

Does anyone, know of any suppliers of unterminated Cat 6 cable, who are based in Toronto, only require about 3-4 meters to make some interconnects.

Thanks in advance

Try looking up telecommunications cabling installers, people who put in tv antennas and office phone wiring.
They'll probably give you some for nothing.

Or have a look in building waste skips (bins) in the later stages of construction and fitout of new office buildings.

Hardware shops are starting to sell it these days too.

Personally, I would never use CAT6 for interconnects.
If you must, purchase ready made leads of the required length and cut the ends off. They should be very cheap and the cable is much more flexible than cable designed for fixed installations. (try Ebay)
