complimentary pair

Good Afternoon:

I'm currently looking to find a complimentary transistor pair that is relatively low in cost ie <= $3.50 in quantities of ten or less and matches or exceeds the following parameters.

Stats:
Pdmax >= 100 watts
VCE >= 100 volts
Ic > 15 amps
Beta >10

Could anyone please point me in the right direction...

"transistor" available from "Digi"-"Key". About $2.50 ea.

Matched Pair

Toshiba has some very good ones, they are PNP 2SA1943 and NPN 2SC5200. These are high speed devices rated at
230 V with a colector current of 15 amps, hFE 55 to 160 and the
fT is 30Mhz.

These devices replaced Motorola 2SA1302 and 2SC3281

I think you mean complementary pair. A complimentary thing is given away. On the other hand, perhaps that was what you meant...
