Default HEXFET Complementary pairs. Recommendations please.

Hi,
Probably should have loged in under an alias asking this one
HEXFET Complementary pairs !! Are any more "complementary" than others. I feel like dipping my toe in the water, and would appreciate any recommended combinations. I was thinking along the line of IRFP240 and IRFP9240 in the TO247AC insulated package.
I have a few ideas kicking around for a new amp build and want to see where it leads me.
Regards Karl

Hi Andrew,
The 9140 ? that's a 100 volt device isn't it. Any reason why you paired this with the IRFP240 ? That could be a bit on the low side for what I had in mind. I should have said the rails would be in the -/+ 40 to 50 volt region.
What I was trying to get at is that with Bjt's I know some complementary pairs are much more - well complementary than others. I wondered if the same applied to HEXFET's and whether any particular pair stood out. And why ?
Thanks Karl

240/9140 deliberately chosen by a few designers due to better matching of the more important parameters.
And, yes, limited to +-50Vdc supply.
