Need 2SJ50 &5SK35 Transistors

I am looking for 2SJ50 ANd 2SK435 . These are TO3,s, used in siundcraftsmen Amplifier.

look for To3 packaged Lateral FET equivalents.

Toshiba 2SJ50 and 2SK135 were complementary MOSFETs, and 2SJ49/2SK134 were with somewhat less voltage spec.

2SJ162/2SK1058 are what you are probably looking for. these devices are in TO-3P packages, a flat pack, but can fit in place of a metal can TO-3
