I bought 4 off ebay. Store called Little Diode..
But I got them before I was told that this particualr transistor is easily copied or duped or what have you. I just got an SM900 in the mail today with one that is blown. Im going to replace the others anyways. I paid 4.00 a piece for the transistors off ebay , they look the deal but Im a tube guy, so this is new to me. for "real" transistors, where should I go and what should I pay and should I look for RoHS now? |

www.ampslab.com has the C3264.
RoHS is not important for the diy world and these transistors are too old to carry the label. I'll move your topic to Electronics and parts. /Hugo |
