Default 2SC 3264..where to buy

I bought 4 off ebay. Store called Little Diode..

But I got them before I was told that this particualr transistor is easily copied or duped or what have you.

I just got an SM900 in the mail today with one that is blown. Im going to replace the others anyways.

I paid 4.00 a piece for the transistors off ebay , they look the deal but Im a tube guy, so this is new to me.

for "real" transistors, where should I go and what should I pay and should I look for RoHS now?

www.ampslab.com has the C3264.
RoHS is not important for the diy world and these transistors are too old to carry the label.

I'll move your topic to Electronics and parts.
