I have some stud diodes and SCRs removed from an old VFD unit. All have 1/4-20 threaded studs. They are:
SCRs (anode case): GE-55-305-601 GE-55-296-601 GE- and NL-55-323-122 Diodes: 55-238-601 (cathode case, Westinghouse) 55-278-601 (anode case, various) 55-215-601 (cathode case, IR) Thanks, Tim
