Test/Measure power amps

Hi guys, i want to know what tools i need to purchase to draw graphics about power amps, to write specs. i want to know at least

Power Output into 8 and 4 ohms.
Frequency Response
THD
Slew Rate
Rise time
Damping Factor
Signal to noise ratio
Input Impedance
Input Sensitivity

You could buy a scope, distortion analyzer, and the usual signal generators and stuff usually found on a test bench, or you could go to the Audio Precision site and buy their box. In terms of credibility, the AP is the way to go since its so much an industry standard these days.
